Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Pink City Prints pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns on all new-in items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments into their original packaging, ensuring all Pink City Prints labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
